We are Susanne and Andrew, partners in life and in business, we share a passion for helping people through some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Andrew is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His professional background has given him deep insight into the housing market, property solutions, and the many financial decisions families face when a home becomes part of a major life transition. But his understanding of this work is also deeply personal.

Andrew helped his mother navigate the end-of-life process while she was battling cancer, including the emotional, practical, and financial challenges that came with it. Through that experience, he saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to make difficult decisions while also trying to care for someone they love.

Susanne is also an entrepreneur and has nearly two decades of experience as a licensed clinical social worker. Her professional work has centered on supporting people through emotional stress, major life changes, family challenges, and deeply personal seasons of transition. She is currently walking through this process in her own family as they navigate the challenges of having a parent with Alzheimer’s.

Together, we understand that senior transitions are not just about selling a house. They are about family, grief, responsibility, finances, memories, and making the best decisions possible during a time that can feel confusing and emotionally heavy.

First and foremost, we love helping people. Our goal is to bring compassion, clarity, and practical support to families who may feel unsure of what to do next. We believe people deserve to be treated with patience, honesty, and respect — especially during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Outside of our work, we love traveling, discovering great food, cooking at home, and spending quality time together. We are also proud dog parents to our rescue dog, Chance, who is very much part of our family. One of our long-term dreams is to start an animal rescue of our own, so we can help more animals find the safety, care, and love they deserve.
